This small quilt is made from Moda Crossweaves. It is pieced by machine. It is double-batted with Hobbs 80/20 and wool. The quilting is with Glide (40wt poly) thread, Bottomline in the bobbin. There is considerable ruler work and dense fills to enhance the texture. It is finished with a piped binding and some subtly-placed crystals.
This quilt was featured in AQS’s 2015 wall calendar.
