2016

62″x62″ original wholecloth, stitched on wisteria-colored silk Radiance fabric. Threads used include pink 40wt Glide, metallic, and an assortment of colors of 100wt silk.  Designed during the midst of a very snowy New England winter, motifs chosen represent the icons of spring – flowers, dragonflies and more.  The dragonflies were hand painted to increase their visibility.  This quilt has a hand ruched piping at the binding. The quilt has won several top quilting awards.

This quilt sold September 2023.
